De la mano del Auntamiento de Palma y Melchor Mascaró, esta semana finalizaremos los trabajos de impermeabilización de toda la superficie de la Plaça Morlà en Palma. El sistema elegido para el proyecto ha sido la aplicación de poliurea proyectada en caliente, previa preparación del soporte con mortero cementoso. Con el sistema de poliurea, a parte de la rapidez en su aplicación, se consigue solventar los importantes problemas de filtración que presentaba el parking de la plaza y que empezaban a afectar a su estructura. In partnership with Ajuntament de Palma and Melchor Mascaró, we’re wrapping up the waterproofing of the entire surface of Plaça Morlà in Palma this week. The project features a hot-sprayed polyurea system, applied after preparing the substrate with cement mortar. This method not only ensures a fast application but also effectively addresses the severe water leakage issues affecting the car park beneath the square, which were beginning to compromise its structure.
