[ES] Esta semana entregamos la obra de rehabilitación de la fachada de un emblemático edificio situado en Porta des Camp en Palma. El proyecto ha consistido en la reparación estructural de la fachada y posterior aplicación de un revestimiento acrílico completo para renovar y proteger la estructura, asegurando su durabilidad y consiguiendo un acabado impecable. [EN] This week, we completed the restoration work on the façade of an iconic building located in Porta des Camp, Palma. The project involved structural repairs to the façade, followed by the application of a full acrylic coating to renew and protect the structure, ensuring its durability and achieving a flawless finish. [ES] Tras distintas actuaciones en la nueva nave enfocada a reparación y taller de coches y camiones de @motorisa en Son Castelló, finalizamos esta semana el proyecto. Un trabajo en el que la importancia de la protección pasiva contra el fuego y un suelo industrial resistente al paso de camiones, han sido elementos prioritarios. Desde la línea de revestimientos se ha actuado contra la protección pasiva contra el fuego, la reparación y rehabilitación de fachadas, pavimento especial para taller industrial, pintura interior y exterior de la nave. This work prioritised passive fire protection and a durable industrial floor capable of withstanding truck traffic. From our coatings division, we focused on passive fire protection, facade repair and rehabilitation, special flooring for the industrial workshop, as well as interior and exterior painting of the facility. [EN] Qromia has been awarded the contract to waterproof the roofs of the historic settlement of the Air Surveillance Squadron No. 7 (EVA 7) in Puig Major, a key Air Force unit that has been guarding the airspace since 1960. This work is an important technical challenge, but it is also a great honour for QROMIA. We will do it hand in hand with the experts from @sopremaiberia. En colaboración con Construcciones Vidal, hemos realizado el sistema SATE de aislamiento térmico exterior de 100mm de @poraxamallorca y sistema SATE de @sikaspain en 4 viviendas unifamiliares de lujo. Este proyecto subraya nuestro compromiso para aportar siempre soluciones de aislamiento térmico que garantizan el máximo confort y eficiencia. Desde el inicio de nuestra actividad hemos colaborado con Construcciones Vidal, para aportar la máxima calidad y cuidar los detalles en cada obra. [EN] Today, we want to highlight a high standing single-family homes (VUAs) project in the La Bonanova neighbourhood. In collaboration with Construcciones Vidal, we have carried out the 100mm external thermal insulation SATE system by @poraxamallorca and the SATE system by @sikaspain in 4 luxury single-family homes. This project underlines our commitment to providing thermal insulation solutions that guarantee maximum comfort and efficiency. Durante este verano, el equipo de Qromia hemos trabajado intensamente en 10 naves industriales, incluyendo la ignifugación RF90 de la estructura con mortero y pintura, y la aplicación de resinas de poliuretano en los pavimentos. [ES] Algunos proyectos tienen un componente emocional que los hace más especiales a la hora de realizarlos. La impermeabilización del polideportivo Joan Llaneras en Porreras (Mallorca), es uno de ellos. ¿Por qué? Porque como apasionados del ciclismo y con nuestro propio equipo @qromia.cc sentimos una conexión especial con esta obra al ser, en cierta manera, nuestra contribución al homenaje que se rinde a este bicampeón olímpico. Debido a las goteras provocadas por el deterioro de la cubierta de panel sandwich, el espacio requería una intervención urgente a la que fuimos invitados. Junto a @aismar.group, decidimos aplicar una solución técnica precisa: preparamos y consolidamos el soporte con una capa de poliuretano proyectado para tapar imperfecciones y, después, aplicamos una impermeabilización de poliurea proyectada en caliente, terminada con un acabado alifático para proteger contra los rayos UV. Una intervención rápida, sólida y duradera, que nos permite seguir protegiendo infraestructuras y llevando soluciones innovadoras a cada proyecto. [EN] Some projects have a certain emotional element that makes them more special when carrying them out. The waterproofing of the Joan Llaneras sports centre in Porreras (Mallorca) is one of them. Why? Well, because as cycling enthusiasts, many of you know that QROMIA has its team, we feel a special connection with this work as it is, in a way, our small contribution to the tribute that the name of the sports centre pays to the legacy of this two-time Olympic champion. Due to the significant leaks caused by the deterioration of the sandwich panel roof, the space urgently needed an intervention which we were invited to carry out. Together with @aismar.group, we decided to apply a precise technical solution: first, we prepared and consolidated the support with a layer of sprayed polyurethane to cover imperfections, and then we used a hot sprayed polyurea waterproofing, finished with an aliphatic finish to protect against UV rays. [ES] Esta semana hemos finalizado los trabajos de aislamiento e impermeabilización de la nave WURTH. Después de limpiar en profundidad y reparar el panel sandwich en mal estado, se proyectó una primera capa de espuma de poliuretano como aislamiento de cubierta y posteriormente se aplicó poliurea proyectada en caliente con acabado alifático aluminio con propiedades termosolares. Previo a estos trabajos colocamos líneas de vida como medida de seguridad en trabajo de altura. After deep cleaning and repairing the sandwich panel that was in poor condition, the first layer of polyurethane foam was installed as roof insulation and then hot sprayed-applied polyurea with an aliphatic aluminium finish with thermo-solar properties. Before starting this work, we installed lifelines as a safety measure while working at height.
