WHAT WE DO
The experience we gained from participating in many builds and projects allowed the team at QROMIA to become specialists in coating and waterproofing all types of buildings, including new construction and refurbishment. We offer, with our own approved personnel, a professional and comprehensive service in these two areas of expertise:
Water, wind, heat, pollution, frost, sudden changes in temperature… Many external agents can affect the constructive and structural elements of a project. We apply different layers and coating elements, both indoors and outdoors, so that once the project is finished, there is never anything to worry about when it comes to these external agents.
The seepage and/or penetration of liquids and fluids into or out of a structure is an important problem to avoid as a matter of priority. How? Installing a professional waterproofing system that protects the structure and acts as an insulator.

Tras distintas actuaciones en la nueva nave enfocada a reparación y taller de coches y camiones de @motorisa en Son Castelló, finalizamos esta semana el proyecto. Un trabajo en el que la importancia de la protección pasiva contra el fuego y un suelo industrial resistente al paso de camiones, han sido elementos prioritarios. Desde la línea de revestimientos se ha actuado contra la protección pasiva contra el fuego, la reparación y rehabilitación de fachadas, pavimento especial para taller industrial, pintura interior y exterior de la nave. We completed the project this week after various interventions in the new workshop facility for car and truck repairs at @motorisa in Son Castelló. This work prioritised passive fire protection and a durable industrial floor capable of withstanding truck traffic. From our coatings division, we focused on passive fire protection, facade repair and rehabilitation, special flooring for the industrial workshop, as well as interior and exterior painting of the facility.
